Introducing Ms. Smith! She has a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Ms. Smith is newly married this year! She and her husband live in Goochland County with their two dogs, Blue and Noah. She loves art, gardening, cooking, board games, and movies. She has also been known to kick around a soccer ball from time to time. Ms. Smith is looking forward to working with everyone this year!

She has three children in Goochland Schools - August is a senior, Isaac is a sophomore, and Paisley is a 5th grader. She and her husband, Andrew, have been married for 19 years. They live on a farm in Goochland where they raise chickens, ducks, pigs, veggies, and flowers:) Ms. Kowalski was the permanent sub at Goochland Elementary for 2 years. She also worked at Make-A-Wish prior to joining Randolph.

Introducing Ms. Flagg! She is entering her 12th year in education, after spending 9 years in elementary and the past 2 years at GMS. She is thrilled to be joining the Roadrunner family! Her son, Jack, will be starting Kindergarten at Randolph this year, and her daughter, Kendall will follow right behind him next year. Helping students with reading is truly her passion, and she is currently back in school working toward her reading specialist certification. Ms. Flagg is eager to bring what she has been learning into the classroom and continue to grow alongside her students and colleagues. Outside of school, she loves soaking up time at the beach, growing her own flowers, and enjoying the outdoors as much as she can!
