We cannot wait to welcome students and families at Back to School Night on Thursday from 4:00 - 8:00pm. At our Back to School Reignite Carnival (from 4:00-7:00pm) families will meet teachers, visit classrooms, and have fun playing games. The SandTopia Food Truck will be at school to serve up delicious dinners for purchase, and all students will receive a ticket for free Kona Ice. First Responders will be in the car loop with fun safety tips and a bus from transportation will also be available for students to tour. The carnival takes place in the back of the school near the track, but teachers will be available every 45 minutes after the hour (4:45, 5:45, 6:45) to escort families into school to tour classrooms and drop off supplies. Supply lists can be found here: Supply Lists. Remember to bring some extra supplies for our Back to School supply drive.
Masks are required for ALL while on school property indoors, regardless of vaccination status. Please remain home if you or your student have had a fever or any Covid symptoms in the last 48 hours and/or had an exposure to COVID-19. See the attached health screening questions for more information. Thank you for your help with this.
Teacher assignments were sent out in the mail last week, but please give us a call at 804-556-5380 if you have any questions or if you are unsure of who your child’s teacher is.
Good news! Both breakfast and lunch continue to be free for ALL students this year!
Bus routes are now ready! Please view your child’s bus route information by CLICKING HERE. If you do not see your stop online please visit goochlandschools.org and fill out the bus form. We look forward to transporting your child!
