Hello Byrd Family,
We hope you enjoyed the beautiful weekend.
The week of the Fall Book Fair and Fall Festival is finally here! The Book Fair starts tomorrow, and classes will visit to make purchases during their Library/Guidance ENCORE. Tuesday is the annual Byrd Title I F.A.L.L. Festival, which will start at 5. We will accept candy bag donations until Tuesday. Please consider entering the Chili Cook-off. Remember to bring $5 so you can eat dinner at the Chili Cook-off, even if you don’t enter the event. $5 will include a drink, side, and dessert. The Book Fair will also be open during the festival. The October PTA meeting will begin at 6:30, and childcare will be available. For more information on the Book Fair, F.A.L.L. Festival, or Chili Cook-off please see our school website.
This week Chess Club and the Junior Master Gardeners Club will continue to meet on Tuesday. This is the last week for after-school enrichment classes on Wednesday.
