Byrd Elementary is a Distinguished Title I School that serves students in western Goochland County in grades preK-5. For 2015-17, Byrd Elementary, alongside Goochland and Randolph Elementary Schools and Goochland Middle School, were named an Apple Distinguished Program by Apple for its implementation of 1:1 technology to support deeper learning.
